My 2014 HRT levels visualized

IMG_5175.JPG

I was having a hard time understanding my progress in this area, so I decided to do a visualization. And look! I’m mostly in the zone where I need to be! 🙂

This chart shows the dosage I’ve been taking every month charted against the three blood tests I’ve had. I’ve also included the reference ranges for females and males.

The January data is a straight line as that was my baseline going into starting HRT in February, and I didn’t want to leave the impression that my levels were that on my 2mg/day dose.
