HRT Week 47 Review

Week: 47

Dose: 5 mg/day estradiol

Weight: 183 lbs.

Physical: On the advice of my doctor, I lowered my dose to 5 mg/day. While I still have some tenderness, it’s definitely not as intense as last week. Overall, I do feel better, less keyed up.

I started running again and I’m hoping I can keep at it to help relieve stress and lose some weight. I’m starting at 3 miles a run for a few weeks to get back in the habit before I start to up the mileage.

Emotional: I’m feeling much better in this space, too. Less anxious and skittish. In also feeling more and more resolved about transiting in early 2015. While that generates some anxiety, it’s also building anticipation!
