HRT Week 53 Review

Transition experiences: I’ve started on a coming out letter, which is already too long and I’m not even halfway finished. I’m planning on sending this far and wide and so far it’s a mixture of personal narrative and trans 101. I’ve been thinking writing this for a long time and it feels good to get started on it.

Nothing much else to report other than children staring at me when I went to pick up my kid from school today.

Emotional: I’m run down from being sick and taking care of my family, which is also sick. This also means that my dysphoria is stronger. Boo, hiss!

Physical: Sick with the coughing crud and on antibiotics. Bleah.

Weight: 185 lbs.

Dose: 5 mg/day estradiol
